  Special Rules No pets and no smoking allowed.  Guests must wash all dirty dishes before departing, and all trash must be placed in receptacles.  All games, books, etc., should be returned to their original place in the lodge before departing.

  If you're making your reservation more than thirty days in advance of your arrival date, please select between the two payment options:  
  Fifty percent (50%) of Total Rental Cost at time of reservation, with balance due no later than 30 days before scheduled arrival, or;  
  Payment in full of Total Rental Cost at time of reservation.  
 

 

 
Upon receipt of your Reservation Request we will send you an email invoice, reflecting the reservation information you have provided. Please check it for accuracy before paying. You may make payment by check or by credit card either via regular mail or over the phone by calling 406-443-7894.  Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and rental agreement is signed.
 
  Rate Information  
 
Upon receipt of your payment we will email you the Rental Agreement.  You can also download and print an agreement from this page. Please print it out, complete it, sign it, and fax it to 1-406-449-7589.  Prompt return of the Rental Agreement is required to complete your reservation arrangements. Please note: Elk Meadows Lodge, LLC requires valid credit card information be provided and reserves the right to charge your credit card account for damage, theft, or any special cleaning required. Credit card information must be provided to Elk Meadows Lodge, LLC via telephone or on the rental agreement before you will be sent the code for entry to your vacation rental.
 
  Final Payment  
 
Final payment is required not less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. 
 
  Entry Code and Driving Instructions  
 
Assuming payment in full and the signed rental agreement have been received by us, the keybox code and driving instructions will be sent to you via email within a week to ten days before your scheduled arrival. Entry codes are changed often to enhance your security, so they are sent to coincide with your arrival. There is no "check-in." You simply enter the code, access the key, and enter your vacation getaway.
